The check-in process was quick and efficient. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. the location is very convenient. It is close to underground stations and various restaurants. i also appreciated the proximity to kensington gardens for a relaxing stroll.
the room had no air conditioning, requiring the window to be open at night.

The location proved excellent, providing convenient access to several shops and restaurants. Housekeeping kept our room super clean throughout my stay. I liked having WhatsApp contact available to reach the front desk whenever I needed anything. It was very convenient.
The room lacked air conditioning so I had to keep the window open to keep cool at night and I heard some street noise.
